The spacious upper sunshine yellow bedroom has a king size bed. The bedroom windows overlook the sea and majestic Manzanillo trees. The lower tropical green bedroom has a king size bed and a twin bed and also overlooks the Pacific Ocean.
The private beachfront home has a spacious kitchen with bar area. Next to the kitchen we have a beautiful breakfast room with Mexican equipale furnishings and hand painted cabinetry. Surrounding the home is a huge living and dining terrace... Sofas are arranged for privacy, comfort and have a full view of the sea.
The heavy Mexican mesquite dining table seats eight persons and faces the waterfront. This private Mexican Beach House uses regional materials: red tiles for the roof, terra cotta and inlaid pebbles embedded in the tiled floor, inlaid pebbles on the bar, talavera tiled bathrooms, the mesquite and hand-carved wood used in the armoires, dining and living room furnishings, decorative wooden accents used on the doors and windows, the vintage collectable accessories amassed from around the Mexican countryside and the world, and the gorgeous framed art in every room. Monterra has a gardening and maid staff. We are close to a variety of beachfront restaurants. When you stay at Monterra Manzanillo, on Troncones Beach, you have a feeling that you are "removed" from it all, yet still within easy reach should you need or want something more social. Monterra Manzanillo's upper bedroom offers accommodations for two guests in a king-size bed. The lower bedroom holds one king-size bed plus one individual bed for up to three guests. Each bedroom has it's own private bath. Ceiling fans are in every bedroom as well as in all living/dining areas. There is secure parking on the property.
